Call it a 2008 Honda Accord with all the tires stretched but camber added to the back only.
I mean, front wheels and tires matched the rear, so equal stretch and whatever, but they were mounted with no camber (normal) while the rear was EXTREME (super slammed).
I can’t even find an image to demonstrate so use your imaginations. It was more extreme than this:

That’s common for the FWD stance crowd. It’s relatively easy to get the parts that kick the rear camber way out, but the front wheels, being the driven ones, require special/modified CV joints and some actual engineering to make it operate at all with extreme camber.
